These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Salesfinisher, including our website, platform, software, and related services. By accessing or using Salesfinisher, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Salesfinisher, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

If you are using Salesfinisher on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services provided

Salesfinisher is a CRM platform that helps businesses manage contacts, communication, pipelines, leads, customers, and related business workflows.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Salesfinisher.

4. Account registration and security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach

5. Acceptable use

From time to time, the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or events beyond our control.

12. Disclaimers

Salesfinisher is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue outcomes, lead generation results, or performance improvements from using the platform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salesfinisher and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Salesfinisher will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Salesfinisher and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the service
• Your data
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Salesfinisher will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Salesfinisher after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
